Torsten Christ

Torsten Christ is an experienced HR professional and leadership coach, currently serving as the Interim Head of HR at Crealytics since October 2023, while also providing coaching services with 15sparks since March 2019. Previously, Torsten was an HR Expert in Digital Transformation at Kramp from September 2021 to September 2023, where significant initiatives included establishing agile decision-making processes and creating a flexible workation policy. Prior roles included Head of People & Culture at tacterion, where leadership in HR and operational strategy contributed to a successful company spin-off, and Head of Global Digital Marketing at Crealytics, overseeing a large team across international offices and achieving substantial revenue growth. Torsten's educational background includes an Executive MBA from IE Business School and various degrees focused on business administration and management from institutions such as Yale and Fudan University.
