After years of serving as partners of a multi-office North Carolina law firm, Jim Creamer and Lauren Millovitsch founded Creamer Millovitsch to provide clients with personalized estate planning in a team-based environment.  Our clients include professionals, business owners and families in Lake Norman, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and throughout North Carolina.

Our attorneys take the time to learn about your family, your concerns, and your goals.  We then design an estate plan tailored to your specific needs and objectives.  For some clients this may mean creating a basic estate plan, while for others it may be designing and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer strategies designed to minimize estate and gift taxes.  We explain our recommendations and the estate planning documents in clear terms - no legal jargon.  The result is an estate plan that you understand and that passes assets to your family in a manner which is consistent with your desires and meets your family, business and financial needs.
