Ben Taylor

Ben Taylor has extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and venture capital (VC). Ben began as a Trainee Solicitor at Rosenblatt Solicitors from March 2010 to February 2012 and progressed to an M&A Associate at Olswang from March 2012 to January 2016. Following this, Ben held roles at Cooley LLP as an M&A & VC Associate from March 2016 to February 2021, and at Hopin as Senior Counsel, Corporate, and Director, Corporate & Securities from February 2021 to October 2021. Ben further advanced to an M&A and VC Associate at Goodwin from June 2023 to May 2025. Currently, Ben serves as Interim General Counsel at Creandum, starting in April 2025.
