Neurodiversity is us, all of us.   Understanding the insides of our heads helps us to harness our strengths, learn how to engage with skill sets and problem solve our challenges.

Using a blended medical and social model we educate individuals, organisations, the criminal justice sector and society to understand this by having the neurodivergent community at the heart of our offering.

We 'educate with kindness', removing 'fear of getting it wrong' from the narrative.  We create safe spaces to collaborate and share good practice, whilst trusting in our message.

Fully qualified trainers, a UK wide Neurodivergent Associate Network, Clinical and Occupational Psychologists, ILM5 level Neurodiversity coaches and an office dog are here, for you, when you're ready to start your conversation.
