James Pulec

James Pulec is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in product development and candidate experience solutions. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Create since August 2022, Pulec previously held the position of Senior Product Engineer at Guide from April 2021 to August 2022, focusing on enhancing candidate experience. Prior to that, Pulec contributed as a Senior Product Engineer at Resource from May 2018 to April 2021, where the mission centered on creating a more engaging recruiting process. Earlier experience includes roles as Engineering Manager and Engineer at Chewse, along with internships and analyst positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Integrys Energy Services. James Pulec holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2013.
