Create Action was founded in 2018, with the understanding that the right expertise can elevate and boost Salesforce projects. As our brand grew, we assembled a trusted team that are amongst the top 10% of Salesforce experts in the industry.

We select Nearshore talent for each project we take on and when there is a need we can also support our clients with locally based experts.

Our team places emphasis on sharing the cultural nuances, spirit and character of the project.

We never settle for less than 3.5 years of experience when hiring our specialists.

Create Action experts have 7 years of Salesforce experience on average.

Shai Alexander, Founder and CEO, has dedicated himself since early 2002 to delivering CRM staffing solutions, and has been fortunate to become a trusted partner to leading enterprises
across Europe, Australia and USA.

Create Action has evolved and grown since it was founded in 2018, achieving notable success across different sectors and especially in the financial services, automotive, hi-tech and manufacturing industries.
