Compton Harry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and recruitment consultancy, serving as the Managing Director of Create Careers since July 2017. With a strong background in technology and compliance sectors, Compton has held significant roles such as Head of Sales for Australasia at Ingenuous, where innovative solutions for customer journeys were developed.
