As Managing Director of Create Consulting Engineers Ltd, an award-winning consultancy, Jonathan provides comprehensive expertise in areas such as transportation, flood risk, energy, utilities, and project management. Notable previous roles include Board Director for the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and Group Managing Director at Millard Consulting. Jonathan holds multiple degrees in Civil Engineering and Geotechnics from the University of Hertfordshire and Heriot-Watt University.
