Through leadership consultations, individual and group coaching, and organizational strategy, Create-ED drives positive change, sets vision, and engages in transformational equity-driven work to: Imagine, Empower, and Thrive.

Jennie Moctezuma PhD founded Create-ED to elevate organizations, businesses, and educational institutions to fulfill their mission with creativity, vision, and equity for positive change. She has served as a consultant to non-profits, government departments, and school districts, as program director, leader, educator, scholar, arts administrator, and photographer. She leverages this experience to partner with businesses, community organizations, educational institutions, and individuals.  

Jennie has been awarded degrees in Art/Peace and Global Studies (B.A., Earlham), Arts Education (M.A., NYU), Organizational Leadership (M.Ed., Columbia University), and most recently completed her doctorate focusing on arts integration in the turnaround school setting (PhD, University of New Orleans).
