Imogen Edeson

Imogen Edeson is the Chief Executive Officer at CREATE Foundation, where they provide strategic and operational leadership for the not-for-profit organization focused on the rights of children and young people with lived experience in the out-of-home care system. With 20 years in social policy, human services, community development, and strategic reform, they have held various senior roles, including Principal Policy Advisor and Acting Director at the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing. Imogen has a Master's degree in International Policy Studies from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Cultural Studies from Curtin University, both of which they are currently pursuing.
