What if instead of giving women another bag of rice, we gave them the tools to feed themselves forever?

That question became our organization.

We work across Nigeria with a simple, three-part belief:
A girl who stays in school changes her family. A woman with AI skills changes her income. A woman with startup capital changes her community.

School. Skills. Startup.

What we do:
We fund school fees, supplies, and mentorship for underserved girls who would otherwise drop out because in Nigeria, a girl's education is still the first thing sacrificed when money runs out.

We train women in AI skills, and income-generating technologies through Usabi AI — our learning platform available on any smartphone, in languages Nigerian women actually speak. Because the global digital economy will not wait for infrastructure to catch up.

We provide startup capital, market access, and mentorship to women entrepreneurs helping them earn in dollars, build businesses that outlast any program, and create wealth that passes to their children.

What we have learned:
Poverty is not a character flaw. It is a logistics problem. The women we serve are not lacking intelligence, determination, or vision. They are lacking access to capital, to skills, to markets, to someone who believes their work is worth real money.

We fix the logistics. They do the rest.

Our proof:

-₦7 million+ in grants disbursed to women founders
