Eva Baptista

Eva Baptista has extensive experience in Human Resources and project management spanning over two decades. Currently, at Create IT since May 2021, Eva specializes in recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and university partnerships. Prior to this role, projects in HR and training were managed at Grupo Business Up from February 2007 to April 2021, focusing on assessments, coaching, and advisory services. Eva's career began at Mundi Consulting from February 1998 to December 2006, where responsibilities included pedagogical coordination, training needs assessments, and recruitment processes. Academia includes a degree in Organizational and Work Psychology and a subsequent education in Management from Universidade Aberta.
