Tiffany N. has been working in the customer service and administrative fields since 2015. Tiffany began their career as an Optometric Technician/Administrative Assistant at Sunridge Eye Clinic. In 2017, they moved on to become an Optical Consultant at OPSM. In 2019, Tiffany was hired as a Disability Claims Processor at Canada Life. Tiffany is currently working as a Contractor Security Screening Program Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services until March 2022. Additionally, Tiffany is also a Customer Success Manager and Hiring Coordinator at Create & Learn.

Tiffany N. has a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Vision Science & Master of Optometry from Deakin University. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Enhanced AODA Customer Service Training from PATH Employment Services, Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from the Canadian Red Cross, and Beginner's Course to Coding (CSS, HTML & JavaScript) from SheCodes Workshops. Tiffany is currently enrolled in the Junior Security and Quality Assurance Analyst Program at NPower Canada.
