Create is a Mozambique creative agency with 30 years of experience. Founded in 1996 as Pangolim Publicidade, in just its second year of operations it became the first Mozambican agency invited to be affiliated with a global communications network, Ogilvy, later operating as Ogilvy Mozambique.

As a consequence of the changes in the Ogilvy Africa network, the agency opted for independence in 2018 rebranding as Create to focus on creating local culturally relevant solutions for its clients.
