Creating Wellness within ourselves is about the power of taping into our innate ability to heal.  Our bodies have a beautiful ability to heal from trauma, injury, and the daily grind.  CranioSacral therapy is a light touch therapy with the intention to assist each person to make progress toward greater and greater improvement with their journey to a healthy version of themselves.  Coaching people with simple changes to awareness of posture, ergonomics, and presence have been transformative to my clients.
