Michael Santamaria is currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Planning Lead at Create Wellness. Prior to this role, they worked at J.P. Morgan from 2021 to 2023 as an Investment Banking Associate, focusing on middle market coverage and M&A transactions, and previously as an analyst in private banking. Michael also gained experience as a Financials Sector Analyst for the student-managed endowment at Virginia Tech and completed a summer internship at Carilion Clinic. They were an NCAA Division I Football placekicker at Virginia Tech, receiving a full scholarship. Michael is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
