Karrell Simms

Karrell Simms is a Senior People Partner at CreateFuture since January 2023 and has been a People Partner at xDesign since August 2021, following a role as a Human Resources Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited and as a Wellbeing and Disability Advisor at the University of Strathclyde. As a Development Employability Tutor focused on Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury at Rehab Group, valuable skills were developed. Karrell holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Helsingborg.
