Ryan Lynch is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in scaling businesses through strategic recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CreateFuture since December 2020, Ryan manages recruitment for technical and non-technical roles while championing the candidate experience. Previous roles include Senior Internal Recruiter and Internal Recruiter at CreateFuture, as well as various contract positions in talent acquisition at companies such as Cloudreach and CommScope. Ryan's career began in recruitment at Bright Purple Resourcing and progressed through notable firms including FanDuel, Skyscanner, and NatWest Group. Ryan holds a MA Hons in Business and Economics from Heriot-Watt University.
