Emma Nicol

Emma Nicol is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the digital transformation sector. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at CreateFuture since July 2024, Emma previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Europe at Kin + Carta from February 2020 to August 2024, where the focus was on leveraging technology to improve global functionality. Prior to that, Emma served as Chief Operating Officer at AmazeRealise and held various leadership roles at Underwired and TEQUILA London, including Chief Client Officer and Group Account Head. Emma holds a BSc in Business and French from Aston University, completed in January 1995.
