Tylen st Hilaire

Tylen St Hilaire is a seasoned professional in product design and user-centered design (UCD), currently serving as the Head of Creative & UCD at CreateFuture since June 2024. Previously, Tylen held the position of Head of Product Design & Research at xDesign, where key achievements included hosting extensive learning sessions, achieving 100% team growth plans, and maintaining high team utilisation and retention rates. Tylen's extensive experience includes roles such as Managing Principal at Valtech, where a product community was launched, and Senior CX Designer at IntuDigital, focusing on digital and physical retail experiences across major markets. With a background in UX architecture and multidisciplinary design, Tylen has contributed to numerous projects and organizations, coupling design expertise with strategic insight, supported by education in user-centered interactive media from Northumbria University.
