Łukasz Wala has over six years of work experience, starting in 2014 at Longinus as a Business Manager. In this role, they led a small team, conducted negotiations, introduced SCRUM principles, and played a crucial role in increasing the company's business value. Łukasz then joined createIT.com in 2020 as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects. In August 2021, they were promoted to Head of the Project Department, where they continue to oversee project operations.
Łukasz Wala has a Bachelor's degree in Management Psychology, which they obtained from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Computer Networks and Telecommunications. In addition to their formal education, Łukasz has obtained certifications in Scrum Fundamentals and Certified Scrum Master I from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2020.
