Adia Lo

Adia Lo is a seasoned professional in the field of product analysis and IT support, currently serving as a Product Analyst at CreateMe since May 2021. In this role, Adia has contributed to roadmap planning and solutioning for software, hardware, and PLM integration, while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders and the UX team for customer journey creation. Previously, from October 2019 to June 2020, Adia worked as a Solution Analyst at LF Distribution Holding Inc., assisting in determining operational objectives within the Customer Success and Production Services team. Prior to that, from January 2006 to September 2019, Adia held the position of Application Support Analyst at Li & Fung Limited, providing second-level support for various supply chain management applications and developing tools in Excel VBA to enhance efficiency. Adia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from New York University.
