Currently serving as Co-Founder of CreateNew, a designer-owned cooperative established in January 2024, Micha aims to foster a supportive community for designers. Previous roles include Co-Founder at Design-well since August 2020, and Partner at multiple firms including Saxum BV, Makerlab, Mister Koreander, Soda Studio NL, and Makerstreet between 2006 and 2019. Micha's career began as an art director at Satama and as a senior designer at Publieke Omroep (ncrv). Micha's educational background includes graduation from Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam in 2000.
