Arash Oturkar

Arash Oturkar is a seasoned professional in development planning with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Manager of Development Planning at CreateTO since June 2019, Arash has progressed through roles such as Senior Development Planner and Development Planner. Prior experience includes working as a Planner at MHBC Planning from February 2017 to May 2019 and as a Research Assistant at Toronto Metropolitan University from January 2016 to February 2017. Arash holds a Bachelor of Urban & Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Foundational Certificate from Schulich ExecEd, and a diploma in Urban & Regional Planning with a focus on GIS from Mohawk College.
