Caroline Tam

Caroline Tam is an experienced analyst currently engaged with CreateTO since June 2021, specializing in strategy and real estate planning. Prior to this role, Caroline gained valuable experience through internships in portfolio strategy and asset management, smart cities initiatives, and research at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. Academic qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Arts - With Distinction in Human Geography, focusing on Planning, Urban Studies, and GIS from the University of Toronto, where Caroline studied from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, Caroline served as a research assistant for Professor Lu Han in the Department of Economic Analysis and Policy.
