Paul Arkilander

Paul Arkilander is an experienced professional in urban development and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Waterfront Development and previously as Project Manager and Analyst at CreateTO since September 2020, Paul Arkilander has supported research and reporting related to city-building issues. Prior to this, Paul Arkilander worked as a Strategic Development Intern and Research Assistant at TransForm Lab, focusing on micromobility policy research. Academic credentials include a Master of Planning in Urban Development from Ryerson University, a Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and a BSc (Hons.) in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition to urban development roles, Paul Arkilander also held several teaching positions, including Head of Science at BBIS Berlin Brandenburg International School and Dwight School Seoul.
