Cathy Bernatt founded Creating...™ twenty-five years ago in Japan
with a bold mission: to cultivate conscious leaders and humane systems that thrive from the inside out.

At its core, Creating...™ helps individuals, teams and organizations transform the way they lead, relate, and grow. Whether inside the boardroom, aboard a tall ship, or on a mountain trail, Cathy Bernatt and Creating...™ guide clients to confront the “undiscussables,” surface what’s hidden beneath the surface, and catalyze sustainable transformation. With offerings spanning Executive & Leadership Coaching, Conflict Transformation & Facilitation, Power Dynamics, Executive leadership Circles, and Organizational Development Consulting, Creating...™ designs customized engagements that meet leaders and systems right where they are—and stretch them toward what’s possible.

Known for its process-oriented approach, Creating...™ weaves self-reflection, deep inquiry, and courageous dialogue into every engagement. The aim is never just to solve a problem. It’s to help teams and organizations uncover the invisible dynamics that block alignment and growth, and to co-create conditions where values can be lived, not just framed on a wall.

Over the last four decades, Creating...™ has worked across global cultural contexts—especially in Asia, North America, and Europe—with a wide range of clients, from Fortune 100 executives to social impact organizations. These leaders don’t come seeking quick fixes. They come ready to do the deeper work: to unearth what’s keeping them stuck, to build power fluency, and to transform conflict into a catalyst for innovation and clarity.

Inspired by the motto of the Outward Bound Czech School Lipnice —“All the problems and conflicts of the world are reflected in each of us, and the world is a reflection of ourselves. Therefore, we must seek solutions from within.”—Creating...™ walks its talk.
