Alina Saienko

Alina Saienko has work experience as a Presale Demo Engineer at Creatio, starting in November 2021. In this role, they explore and identifies customer needs in the automation of sales, marketing, and customer service processes. Alina conducts interviews with customers from various industries and analyzes their existing business processes.

Prior to their position at Creatio, Alina worked as a UI/UX designer at Веб-дизайнер starting in June 2021. Further back in their work history, they held the role of a Senior Specialist of Elite & Exotic Department and leading specialist in individual VIP tours at Coral Travel Ukraine from March 2017 to September 2021.

Alina Saienko began their education in 2016 at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE), where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Management. Alina completed their studies at KNUTE in 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Alina obtained a certification in Web Design Beginning from the Projector Institute in June 2021. Alina also received a certification in Web Design Junior from the same institution, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
