Lana Zhuk is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Creatio since June 2021, Lana focuses on coaching team members, understanding business needs, analyzing recruitment metrics, and providing market insights. Prior to this role, Lana held positions as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Creatio, Senior Recruitment Manager at Eldorado UA, and Recruitment Manager at Smart Staff, where skills in relationship-building, process improvement, and candidate care were honed. Lana's early career included a role as Recruitment Lead at Транспортная компания SАТ. Lana holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Credit from Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.
