Lily Kovalova

Lily Kovalova is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Creatio since December 2023. Previously, Lily held positions as Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist at PlantIn (Genesis) from August 2021 to August 2023, as well as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Genesis Tech between December 2020 and August 2023. With extensive experience in the full-cycle recruitment process for both tech and non-tech roles, Lily has demonstrated expertise in writing job postings, conducting competency-based interviews, and building candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods. Prior to a career in talent acquisition, Lily worked as a Special Education Teacher at NGO "Our Childhood," providing individualized support to children with Autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. Lily holds a Master’s degree in Education Institution Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
