Maksym Sarapin

Maksym Sarapin has a varied work experience spanning over a decade. Maksym began their career at Imex in 2010 as a Selling Agent. In 2011, they worked as a Freelancer, specifically as a Communication Consultant. From 2010 to 2013, Maksym served as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator at OOO "Firma 800". Maksym then moved on to Gk AIS in 2013, where they worked as a Software Implementation Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. During this time, they were responsible for administering and supporting MS CRM 2011, writing technical documentation and test cases, consulting users, training users on MS CRM 2011, creating and testing integrations with ERP systems, developing business processes and reports, and overseeing the execution of subcontractor tasks. In 2014, they joined Teamsoft LLC as a Senior Software Implementation Consultant, specializing in software implementation. Maksym worked on this role until 2019. In 2019, they joined Proxima Research International as a Project Manager. Currently, Maksym is employed at Creatio as a Product Owner, starting in February 2020.

Maksym Sarapin obtained their Master's degree in Specialized Computer Systems from Donbass State Technical University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition, they obtained the ICP-APM certification from ICAgile in February 2018.
