Nataliya Gromenko has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nataliya started their career in 2010 as a Manager for External Relations at AIESEC, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined AIESEC India as the Business Development Director and later became the Director of National Exchange Partnerships. Nataliya worked at AIESEC India until 2014. Following that, they worked as an Outreach Associate at MUNCafé from 2014 to 2015. Nataliya then joined the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in 2015, where they were part of the Emergency & Stabilization Unit for a project-based role that lasted for two months. In 2016, they transitioned to iDeals™ Solutions Group as a Customer Support Specialist, a role they held until 2018. Nataliya then became the Customer Success Team Lead at iDeals™ Solutions Group until July 2020. Currently, since April 2021, they are working at Creatio as a Customer Success Executive.

Nataliya Gromenko attended Kyiv National Economics University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Prior to that, they attended a Physics and Mathematics Lyceum, although specific details regarding the duration and degree earned are not provided.
