Olena Prokopets

Olena Prokopets has extensive experience in sales and leadership, currently serving as the Enterprise Sales Team Leader at Creatio since February 2017, where previous roles include Corporate Sales Team Leader, Enterprise Sales Executive, and Corporate Key Account Manager. Prior to Creatio, Olena was the Commercial Director at ARConsulting in Kyiv from April 2014 to January 2017, focusing on strategy development, sales team management, and key client negotiations, resulting in improved service quality. Early career roles included B2B Sales Manager at ARConsulting and Corporate Clients Manager at Baltic Training Group, where responsibilities ranged from client acquisition to the development and coordination of training programs. Olena holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the National Aviation University, obtained in 2012.
