Sergey Sorokin

Sergey Sorokin is currently the COO at Creatio. Prior to this, they were the head of strategic IT projects and innovations at Credit Dnepr Bank from February 2014 to February 2017. There, they were responsible for leading strategic innovation and IT projects, including CRM implementation, mobile banking for private individuals, corporate internet banking, e-commerce and P2P payments. Before that, Sergey was the head of private banking at Energobank from November 2011 to February 2014. There, they were responsible for building the private banking and wealth management block from scratch. A large number of strategic initiatives and projects were launched under their tenure which helped the bank become one of the recognized market leaders.
