Stanislav Kononenko

Stanislav Kononenko has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Stanislav started their career at Gamma Consulting LLC as the Head of Legal Department, where they managed relationships with government bodies and drafted various agreements. Stanislav then worked as a Senior Lawyer at Gvozdiy & Oberkovych Attorneys at Law, specializing in IP transactions and enforcement, as well as handling taxation matters. Following that, they joined ISTIL Telecom Ukraine as the Head of Legal, providing legal advice to management and negotiating with service suppliers. Stanislav later served as the Legal Director of the Business Development department at Media Group Ukraine LLC, advising on compliance and risks evaluation for international projects. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Legal at Creatio, where they oversee corporate and tax restructuring, develops legal agreements, and manages the company's IP rights portfolio. Throughout their career, Stanislav has also been involved in key legal aspects such as data privacy, GDPR compliance, and out-of-court claims settlement.

Stanislav Kononenko attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2002 to 2007. During this period, they obtained a Specialist degree with a focus on copyright, industrial property, and industrial property protection.
