Valentina Rudenko

Valentina Rudenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Valentina is currently working at Creatio as a Partner Engagement Manager, responsible for managing partnerships. Prior to this, Valentina worked at Terrasoft Ukraine as a Marketing Communications Manager and later as a Channel Marketing Manager. In their role as Marketing Communications Manager, they handled various responsibilities related to marketing and communication strategies. Valentina also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Terrasoft Ukraine, where they were responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Before joining Terrasoft Ukraine, Valentina worked as a Recruiter at VEON, where they developed staffing strategies and managed the recruitment process. Valentina also has experience working at the Main Department of the Fiscal Service of Ukraine, where they held roles as Chief Specialist in the HR Department and the Department of Finance Economics and Accounting. Overall, Valentina brings extensive experience in partnership management, marketing, talent acquisition, and finance to their current role as a Partner Engagement Manager at Creatio.

Valentina Rudenko began their education in 2010 at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design College, where they obtained a Junior Specialist degree in Accounting. Valentina then pursued further education at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) from 2013 to 2017, earning a Specialist degree in Accounting and taxation.
