Peter Ryan

Peter Ryan possesses extensive experience in the Queensland housing and property development sectors, currently serving as General Manager for both Metro Property Development and Creation Homes since June 2020. Prior to this, Peter held the General Manager position at Metricon and Simonds Homes, contributing to each company's success from August 2016 to June 2020 and January 2014 to July 2016, respectively. A notable career at Devine Limited spanned over a decade, with roles ranging from State Housing Manager to National Operations Manager. Educationally, Peter is a graduate of Canterbury College, having completed studies from 1991 to 1996.
