At Creation Labs Software, we partner with organisations to craft expertly engineered, fully customised software and digital solutions that drive meaningful digital transformation. Founded in 2014, our Durban-based team is dedicated to delivering robust software and intuitive digital experiences that empower businesses, government departments, NGOs, and high-impact organisations across South Africa.

We believe true technology leadership occurs at the intersection of innovation, rigorous engineering, and authentic human connection. Driven by this principle, our multidisciplinary in-house team of software engineers, UX specialists, and business strategists deliver purposeful software platforms and digital products tailored not only for performance and scalability but also designed around the real needs and experiences of end-users.

Led by founder Richard Keller, a software engineer and technologist with over 15 years of industry experience, Creation Labs fosters a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, agile innovation, and deep collaboration. Our structured, people-focused approach ensures that we deliver exceptional quality across every project and impact genuine transformation in our clients' organisations and communities.

Key clients we've proudly served over the years include Childline South Africa, Busamed Hospital Group, Inkatha Freedom Party, Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), Optimi Workplace, Denso South Africa, MDS Africa, and numerous other leading South African brands and organisations.

Let’s unlock digital possibilities together.
