Lars Thompson

Lars Thompson is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Currently, Lars serves as the Director of Operations at Creation Technologies, specializing in Electronics Manufacturing Services for the Aerospace, Medical, Life Sciences, and Tech industries. Lars also holds the position of EOS Integrator and Chief Executive Officer at FUSION ATHLETICS, LLC. and has contributed to the Manufacturing Growth Alliance as a 4.0 Program Manager. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and EOS Integrator at Gaishin Manufacturing, VP of Manufacturing at FoodTools, and various leadership positions at ICG Castings, IPC Communication Services, and IPC Print Services.
