Tom Gernon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tom is currently serving as the Chief Customer Service Officer at Creation Technologies since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Process Excellence, Security & IT at Crane Currency from January 2017 to September 2018. Tom also held the position of SVP Technology & Operations/CTO at Six Red Marbles from July 2015 to December 2016.

Early in their career, they served as the Chief Information Officer at PerkinElmer, Inc. from January 2000 to November 2002.

Tom Gernon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from William & Mary, attending from 1983 to 1987. Later, in 2008, they participated in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
