Lawrence Pritchett

Lawrence Pritchett is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Managing Broker and Partner at MODUS Real Estate Austin since January 2023. Pritchett co-founded Austin Locals in February 2023 and leads initiatives aimed at strengthening community ties and supporting local businesses. Pritchett also holds a Board Member position at Creative Action since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Real Estate Agent at Realty Austin from September 2018 to January 2023 and at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from July 2015 to September 2018. Pritchett's leadership experience includes serving as President of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity from April 2010 to January 2011. Pritchett earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2013.
