Lorrie Batton is a versatile documentary filmmaker with a strong background in health program development and community engagement. They served as a home health nurse and supervisor at Omni Nurse Associates and later managed high-risk obstetrics cases. Lorrie gained experience in film production as a production assistant at Heron Media and a film producer for a project at George Washington University. Currently, they are a CAmm Fellow at Creative Alliance at The Patterson and are pursuing a graduate certificate in documentary filmmaking at George Washington University.
