Mia Horm

Mia Horm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and digital project management. Currently serving as CMO at Creative Analytics since January 2005, Mia drives strategy, culture, and operations while maximizing efficiencies across departments. As the founder of BRAND•E, established in May 2024, Mia is developing an AI-driven platform to enhance content creation for SaaS companies. In addition, Mia holds the role of DC NoVa Chapter Director at Startup Grind since October 2024 and has previously mentored emerging tech CEOs through the Maryland Tech Council's Venture Mentoring Service. Previous roles include Chief Technologist at Zeno Associates, LLC, and various project management positions at AARP, Chapman Cubine Allen + Hussey, Choice Hotels International, and Modern Memorials. Mia's educational background includes advanced degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from American University.
