Ben Wood has extensive experience in quality assurance and operational readiness within the gaming industry, having worked at Creative Assembly since March 2014 in various roles including Operational Readiness Director, Development Services Director, QA Manager, and QA Lead, among others. Prior to this, Ben held positions at Codemasters from April 2009 to December 2013 as a Senior Quality Assurance Technician and Quality Assurance Technician, and at NCsoft Europe from March 2008 to February 2009 as a Quality Assurance Tester. Ben's educational background includes a Foundation Modern Apprenticeship in QA Games Testing from City College Brighton, completed in 2009.
