Jacob Howells-Jones

Jacob Howells-Jones has over 10 years of experience in quality assurance (QA) within the gaming industry. Currently serving as a QA Manager at Creative Assembly since July 2020, Jacob previously held roles as a QA Tutor at LightForge Academy and as a QA Manager at GlobalStep, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team and managing client relationships. Jacob has also contributed significantly to nDreams as a QA Lead, where the establishment of QA practices was a key achievement. Initially starting as a QA Technician at GlobalStep, Jacob quickly advanced to lead projects for prominent clients. Educational background includes attendance at The Sixth Form College and Ash Manor Secondary School.
