Rich Clement

Rich Clement is an experienced professional in the creative industry, currently serving as a Senior Production Manager and Senior Development Manager in the Cinematics department at Creative Assembly since September 2021. With a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years, Rich has successfully led high-impact projects as a Freelance Creative Lead and Director, including notable work with Viacom and Turner Media Innovations. Rich's expertise encompasses project management, budgeting, and team leadership, complemented by the designation of Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance®. Rich has contributed creatively to numerous commercial campaigns, directing talent and producing innovative content across various platforms, while also co-founding Skitish Comedy, a production company dedicated to sketch comedy. Rich holds a BSc Honours degree in Media Technology and Production from the University of Bradford.
