Sophie Bryan

Sophie Bryan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and strategic partnering. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Creative Assembly since February 2020, Sophie has held multiple HR leadership roles, including Head of People Partnering and HR Manager. Prior to this, significant roles included Global HR Business Partner at Digital Shadows and HR Business Partner at BAE Systems, Inc. and Etihad Airways. Sophie began her career at Atkins, where positions ranged from HR Advisor to Recruiter, and also gained valuable experience during a work placement at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester, complemented by studies at various institutions including West London College and Royal Holloway, University of London.
