Thom Armer

Thom Armer is a highly experienced Lead Environment Artist currently working at Creative Assembly on a sequel to Alien: Isolation since April 2023. With a career at Creative Assembly beginning in May 2013, Thom has contributed as both an Environment Artist and a Senior Environment Artist, developing notable projects such as Alien: Isolation and Halo Wars 2, and playing a key role in the production of Hyenas. Prior to this, Thom gained experience as an Environment Artist at Eurocom from June 2011 to November 2012, focusing on the creation of unique environments, props, and textures. Thom holds a BA (Hons) in Computer Games Modelling and Animation from the University of Derby and has completed studies in Art and Design as well as Graphic Design at Blackpool le Fylde College.
