Andrew Bernard

Andrew Bernard is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at Creative Builders Inc. since February 2025, Andrew has previously held similar roles at McKinley Building Corp. overseeing multi-family, commercial, higher education, and government projects in Wilmington, NC. As a co-founder of Bernard & Wellford Company from February 2019 to April 2025, Andrew contributed to entrepreneurial efforts while also gaining practical management experience as a Superintendent at Clancy & Theys Construction Company. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer at W.M. Jordan Company, where responsibilities included project scheduling, submittal approvals, and compliance oversight. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Forest Products Business from Virginia Tech and an HVAC Technology Certificate from Cape Fear Community College.
