Ric Waiters

Ric Waiters is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, customer service, and technology. Currently serving as an Assistant Sales Rep at Creative Channel Services since December 2015 and a Web Application/Database Developer at King's 2U Production since January 2014, Ric also has a history in customer service with roles at Expert Global Solutions and Focus Services, Inc., where campaign management and IT oversight were key responsibilities. Previous positions include PHP programming at Top Ten Review and mortgage sales at GE Money Home Loans. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Winona State University and an Associate degree in Information Systems from Ogden-Weber Technical College complement Ric's robust skill set developed over years of experience in various industries.
